Warranty Parts Policy
Warranty parts must be ordered through Schuhmacher Fire Equipment,
Inc. Warranty service must be completed by authorized Schuhmacher
Fire Equipment, Inc. service technicians, unless prior authorization is
given. If authorization is given for warranty service outside of our
organization, KEEP THE WARRANTED PARTS, DO NOT THROW THEM
AWAY. All warranty parts MUST BE RETURNED to Schuhmacher Fire
Equipment, Inc. for credit, otherwise, credit will NOT be issued.
